WHY CHOOSE RADIESSE VOLUMIZING FILLER?

Collagen is what gives volume, flexibility and strength to healthy, young skin. As a part of the aging process, your own natural collagen breaks down, diminishing facial volume and elasticity. This loss of elasticity and volume results in wrinkles, facial lines and skin laxity. Of course, all of these can rob your skin of its youthful, fresh appearance.

Radiesse is a safe, FDA-approved dermal filler that delivers immediate, long lasting, natural looking results. A fine needle is used to inject Radiesse into the deep dermis beneath the wrinkle or skin fold where it adds volume to plump up the skin. By replenishing your skin’s lost volume, this treatment results in noticeable wrinkle reduction.

Upon injection, RADIESSE® Volumizing Filler immediately provides the volume and lift needed to diminish the signs of aging because of the calcium-based microspheres and gel that comprise the product. But what’s unique about RADIESSE Volumizing Filler is that it acts as a scaffold under the skin, providing structure and stimulating your own natural collagen to grow. This process continues for several months, which extends the initial effect of RADIESSE Volumizing Filler. Best of all, the natural results are clinically proven to last a year or more in many patients. This is why more and more cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, and other medical professionals are choosing RADIESSE Volumizing Filler to achieve long-lasting facial rejuvenation.

What results can you expect?

How many treatments do you need?

Unlike previous generations of dermal fillers, Radiesse usually lasts 1 to 1½ years. Your provider may recommend a touch-up treatment approximately one month after the initial treatment to achieve optimal results.

Things you should know

Radiesse is designed for injection into the deep dermis, and as such, it is not recommended for lip enhancement.

As with any injection, you may experience mild irritation, swelling, itching, redness, bruising, or tenderness at the injection site. Your provider may administer a topical or local anesthetic for comfort at no extra cost.

The microspheres in Radiesse are visible in X-rays and CT scans. You should inform your doctor and other health care professionals that you have had facial Radiesse injections. There is little risk that it would cause your doctor concern as long as s/he is aware of the injections.
