Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

Renewed Medical Health understands unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control and that sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. If the service is considered an “Aesthetic” service and does not have a set price, we will charge $75 for the missed appointment if not rescheduled within the 24 hour policy.

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount. The policy stays the same for considered “Aesthetic” services as mentioned above regarding the $75 fee.

If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

Renewed Medical Health values your time and feels that it is fair to honor similar policies we hold to our clients. Should Renewed Medical Health need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than a 24 hours notice we will honor 20% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Here at Renewed Medical Health we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Renewed Medical Health members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Please inquire at our locations on how to sign up today!

Renewed Medical Health will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.


We will conduct a thorough examination on your first visit to determine the best course of action to achieve your optimal health and your goals. We will: We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure all
necessary paperwork is filled out.

For those visiting specifically for HRT we ask that you fast for a minimum of 12 hours before scheduled appointment. Please drink plenty of water. You are allowed to intake black coffee or black tea as long as no additives such as sweeteners and/or creamers are included.

After the paperwork is completed there will be a short wait to allow the working staff to check all the necessary paperwork and address if anything is missing or needs to be discussed briefly, then enter your information into our Secured System. The Medical Assistant will then call you back where they will begin the intake process. This includes obtaining patient vitals and asking a series of pre-care questions to help our staff better understand the reason for your visit.

Once the Medical Assistant completes their duties, the provider will be notified. The provider will meet with you and allow 30 minutes of their time to properly address any questions and concerns you may have.

The staff will begin developing your New Patient Folder. This folder includes discharge summaries of the visit, vital information regarding HRT and other products and services
that were discussed during the visit, and a lab requisition (if blood work was not done in the clinic). We will also include pamphlets and other information about additional services we offer here at Renewed Medical Health.

For Aesthetic Services, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. After the paperwork is completed there will be a short wait to allow the working staff to check all the necessary paperwork and address if anything is missing or needs to be discussed briefly, then enter your information into our Secured System. From there a Medical Assistant will call you back and place you in one of our medical rooms and notify the provider of your arrival. You will then meet with the provider to discuss what brings you to Renewed Medical Health, your desired results, and what you have tried thus far to achieve them. Depending on the time and schedule of the day, we can typically perform the requested services on the same day. If the consultation takes longer than anticipated, we may schedule another appointment to perform discussed services on a later date.


Renewed Medical Health offers these payment options:

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.
  • We accept all types of FSA or HSA cards.
  • We are contracted with Care Credit and Ally Bank

We will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.
